The importance of protecting and maintaining all aspects of the client’s brand is of utmost importance, but be quite challenging, especially in the field. On several occasions, I’ve been brought in to produce manuals in various media, designed to provide merchandising and store maintenance guidelines for sales associates and other field personnel. These manuals were frequently used for training purposes and were periodically updated to keep them relevant.
